Barry Rollins
Mr. Barry Wayne Rollins, 61, passed away on December 29, 2009 at home. He was
born on March 30, 1948 in Cleveland County to the late Duke Lidell and Stella
Josephine Dayberry Rollins. He served in the U. S. Marine Corp He was a member
of the Shelby Amvets.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers; Sherrill Rollins, Richard Rollins and Jack Rollins.
Barry is survived by his son; Brad Rollins of Shelby, daughter; Carissa Rollins Buchanan of Denver, NC and his sister; Dianne Rollins Spangler and husband Jim of Shelby. His loving grandchildren; Blake and Luke Buchanan.
Funeral Services will be on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. David Blanton. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 2, 2010 from 3:00-4:00 pm at Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home & Crematory.
Internment will be at Sunset Cemetery with military honors.
