Margaret Bessie Patterson Fowler, 79 of Gidney St. passed away on Tuesday,
December 22, 2009. She was born in Cleveland County on July 12, 1930 to
the late Robert William and Hilda Leigh Patterson, Sr. Margaret Fowler

Margaret Bessie Patterson Fowler, 79 of Gidney St. passed away on Tuesday,
December 22, 2009. She was born in Cleveland County on July 12, 1930 to
the late Robert William and Hilda Leigh Patterson, Sr.
She retired from Fasco Industries and had worked at Fiber Cleanse. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was very athletic, enjoyed cooking for family and crafts.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Edward Fowler, Sr., her sisters; Mary Gardner, Doris Gold, Bertie Greene and Ola Mae Green
She is survived by her loving son: Floyd Edward Fowler, Jr. and wife Marcela of Charlotte.
Her loving brothers: Clarence Andrew Patterson and Robert William Patterson, Jr. of Shelby and her loving sister: Marjorie Patterson Dye of Georgia, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at 3:30 pm at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. David Rabb officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church. Internment at Sunset Cemetery.
