Brenda Jaye Kramer, 51, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2012 at Kings Mountain Hospice House.  A native of Stutsman County North Dakota, she was the daughter of the late Robert Allen Kracht and Suzanne Davis Kramer.  Brenda loved animals, especially her babies, Roxy, Harley, Sadie, and Sable.  She also enjoyed playing bingo and driving the school bus for Shelby High School students.

Brenda is survived by her daughter, Jessica Kramer and her son Jacob Kramer of the home; a brother, Monte Kramer of Minnesota; a sister, Dee Kramer Barker of Wisconsin; nieces, Tabitha and Ashley Kramer; nephews, Josh and Sean Simonson; and other extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30 on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home.  The Rev. Hobby Outten will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 – 6:30pm prior to the service.  At other times the family will be at the home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial be made to the Cleveland County Humane Society, 1609 E. Marion Street, Shelby, NC 28150.
