Dwight Stacy Justice, 45, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 7, 2012.  A native of Cleveland County he was the son of the late Roy Lem and Dorothy Sansing Justice.  Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Wayne Justice and a very special stepson.  Stacy was a member of Eastside Baptist Church.  His life was his son and his Bible.  He was a devoted father and loving son and caregiver to his mother.  He had a big heart and enjoyed helping friends and loved ones.  Stacy collected match box cars, loved to sing, and enjoyed attending his AA meetings.

Mr. Justice is survived by his devoted son, Curtis Wayne Justice; two sisters, Janice White and husband Kenneth of Shelby, Ginger Poteat and husband Steve of Cherryville; half-sister, Melissa Justice Burke and husband Mark of Toccoa, GA; step sister, Sally Bassett and husband Todd of New York; step mother, Emma Smith Justice Murray of Toccoa, Ga; nephews, Robert Campbell and wife Jean of Marion, SC, Kevin Justice of Anderson, SC, Tim Poteat and wife Lisa of Shelby; nieces, Tabitha Poteat of Charlotte, Sherry Justice Wilson of Royston, GA; great niece, Tiffany Davis; great nephews, Zackery Campbell and Jacob Poteat.  He is also survived by his girlfriend Annette Collier and her son Dakota Collier.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, February 10, 2012 at Eastside Baptist Church in Shelby.  The Rev. Leland Kerr will be officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:30am – 1:00pm prior to the service at the church.  At other times the family will be at the home of Ginger and Steve Poteat.
